In the area between Korte Noordstraat, Zuidsingel and Koningstraat, one of the most remarkable new-build projects in Zeeland is taking shape. De Zuidsingel combines modern architecture with deep respect for the authentic, monumental surroundings of Middelburg.
The project comprises 31 luxury apartments, 3 exclusive penthouses with private roof terraces and 4 spacious townhouses — developed by Bouwgroep Peters. Construction began in March 2026.
The challenge for this project was to seamlessly integrate the modern brick architecture into the monumental streetscape of Middelburg. With multiple exterior visualizations from carefully chosen viewpoints, we bring the mass, scale and atmosphere of De Zuidsingel to life.
From a spectacular bird's-eye view with the Lange Jan tower in the background to street-level perspective at human scale — each image tells a different part of the story of this unique project.

One of the most distinctive features of De Zuidsingel are the generous roof terraces of the penthouses and the private terraces of the apartments. To let buyers experience the value and atmosphere of these outdoor spaces, we created multiple terrace visualizations — both by day and at sunset.
With the historic towers of Middelburg as a backdrop and the warm colours of the golden hour, these images create an irresistible sense of luxurious urban living.

To give buyers a clear picture of the spaciousness and layout of the apartments, we created a cross-section visualization. This unique view shows all rooms simultaneously across two living levels — from the kitchen and living room on the ground floor to the bedrooms and bathroom on the level above.
In addition to the static 3D visualizations, Multivision 3D also delivered the interactive 360° virtual tour of De Zuidsingel. This allows interested buyers to explore the project from every angle — every apartment, the inner courtyard and the communal spaces — as if they were already living there.
