Before we can start your project, we need the following information from you:

• All available drawings (floor plans, situation/planting, facade views, sections, details) in dwg and pdf format
• Color/materials statement
• Reference photos of materials (if available)
• 3d model (if available)

Our Working Method

Phase 1 – Clay

After assignment, we will build the 3D model based on the supplied information and drawings. From this model we will send you some renderings and position proposals for checking.

• Your task: Check the 3D model constructionally and comment as clearly as possible on the renderings.
• Note!: After this phase, it is intended that the 3D model will not need to be modified. Adjustments in phase 2 or later may be charged as additional work.
• Positions: Indicate your preference for the desired positions.

Phase 2 – Work In Progress

After receiving your comments, we will make the adjustments and further detail, materialize and expose the model according to your chosen views. After this, we will send renderings again for review.

• Your task: carefully review the 3D model again, including materials, fixtures and lighting, and indicate your comments as clearly as possible in the feedback system.
• Note!: After this phase, the 3D model, camera views, materials and fixtures are not to be adjusted. Such adjustments in phase 3 may be charged as additional work.

Phase 3 – Finals

Upon receipt of your comments or approval, we will process them, including adding people and the “final touch” in post-production. We will send these images again for review through our feedback system.

• Your task: Check everything carefully and provide any final minor comments through the feedback system.
• Final Approval: After your approval, we will render, post-process and add final details to the final high-resolution images.
• Delivery: The final images are sent to you for approval. After approval, you are free to use the images as you wish.
